Willow Creek Country Club is looking for a friendly, energetic, and experienced PM Lead Bartender to create a welcoming atmosphere while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in our Clubhouse Bar. Delivering an exceptional member and guest experience while maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and compliance. This role combines hands-on bartending with leadership, training, inventory control, and collaboration with Clubhouse management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily bar operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality beverage service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere for members and guests
- Monitor inventory, help place orders, and control beverage costs
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, health codes, and safety regulations
- Develop and update cocktail menus, specials, and seasonal offerings
- Handle members and guest concerns professionally and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage, and equipment
- Coordinate with clubhouse management and food service teams for daily operations and events.
- Able to assist with closing and locking down the clubhouse at the end of service.
- Perform additional duties assigned by Clubhouse Management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience; leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Excellent members and guest service and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management

- Ability to stand for extended periods

Compensation & Employment Details
- $18–$20 per hour depending on experience, plus tips
- Employment Type: Full Time

- SIPS & TIPS Certification (Required)
- Food Handlers Permit (Required)
