- 5+ years of experience and mastered knowledge in all aspects of carpentry
- The ability to guide, instruct, and motivate others
- Proficiency in project planning, execution, and coordination
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
