What You’ll Do:

  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to Supervisors, BCBAs, and Behavior Interventionists
  • Oversee and support ABA treatment planning, program modifications, and clinical decision-making
  • Conduct and review Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and maintain high clinical standards across cases
  • Assist with staff development, training, and ongoing clinical guidance
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Review clinical documentation, reports, and billing requirements for accuracy and compliance
  • Address clinical concerns and provide problem-solving support to team members
  • Participate in leadership meetings, clinical trainings, and professional development initiatives
  • Promote strong communication, accountability, and positive team culture throughout the organization


Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field
  • Strong background in ABA clinical supervision and case management
  • Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred, but not required
  • Experience with data collection systems, treatment planning platforms, and report writing
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Must pass a background check and provide TB clearance
  • Reliable transportation with valid proof of insurance
