Lead Electrical - Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Lead Electrical professional to supervise the electrical maintenance team and ensure smooth plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting breakdown and preventive maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the electrical maintenance team

• Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance

• Oversee maintenance of panels, motors, transformers, and switchgear

• Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards

• Coordinate with other departments for shutdown and breakdown activities

• Monitor work quality and maintain maintenance reports

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Department: Maintenance & Utilities

• Category: Speciality Skilled Worker

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

• Supervisory training certification preferred

• 6–8 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing plant

• Salary: SAR 3,500 – 4,000 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)
