This role is focused on early-stage growth: finding relevant companies, starting conversations, creating interest, qualifying leads.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers across crypto, FinTech, payments, wallets, exchanges, brokers, PSPs, custody, stablecoin, and Web3 infrastructure markets.
- Search for prospects on LinkedIn, Reddit, X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, industry directories, job posts, company websites, and other relevant platforms.
- Start conversations with potential customers through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Qualify leads based on company type, use case, infrastructure needs, timing, and potential fit.
- Maintain a structured lead pipeline and update lead status regularly.
- Prepare short outreach messages, follow-ups, and basic product explanations.
- Collect market feedback, customer objections, competitor mentions, and common customer needs.
- Work closely with Product and Account Management teams to hand over qualified leads.
- Support early funnel activities before customer onboarding starts.
- Prepare and publish relevant product, market, and infrastructure-focused LinkedIn content.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, growth, or SDR.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospecting.
- Ability to research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Comfortable communicating with founders, product managers, CTOs, operations, payments, wallet, and infrastructure teams.
- Interest in crypto, FinTech, payments, blockchain infrastructure, wallets, exchanges, or digital assets.
- Structured approach to pipeline management and reporting.
- Ability to write simple, clear, non-spammy outreach messages.
- Self-driven and comfortable working with a new product in an early go-to-market stage.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in everyday work
