Your New Role

  • Lead and support daily field operations for installation and service technicians in the Riverside, CA area

  • Diagnose, install, repair, and maintain residential water treatment systems, including water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and filtration equipment

  • Assist technicians with troubleshooting and resolving complex service issues

  • Conduct ride-alongs and job site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

  • Train, mentor, and support technicians to help improve technical skills and service performance

  • Assist with onboarding and hands-on field training for new team members

  • Monitor productivity, job completion quality, and service performance metrics

  • Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures

  • Help improve operational efficiency through inventory management and job preparation

  • Coordinate with operations teams to support scheduling and routing efficiency

  • Deliver excellent customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns

  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services when appropriate

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in plumbing, water treatment, or residential service systems

  • Previous leadership, mentoring, or senior technician experience preferred

  • Knowledge of water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration systems, and residential plumbing systems

  • Strong troubleshooting, installation, and repair skills

  • Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and maintain quality standards

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Experience using Microsoft Office and field service software preferred

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties, including bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces

  • Experience with soldering, welding, or advanced installation techniques is a plus
