Your Core Responsibilities

  • Drafting & Filing: Draft, evaluate, and formally submit complaints, motions, proposed orders, and a variety of essential legal documents.
  • Data Security: Diligently review and redact Non-Public Personal Information (NPPI) to guarantee absolute confidentiality.
  • System Ownership: Keep case files flawlessly organized while maintaining real-time updates in both internal databases and client portals (e.g., Tempo, ICE).
  • Calendar & Docket Management: Track critical statutory deadlines, schedule hearings and mediations, and streamline team schedules.
  • Clear Communication: Act as a dependable, professional liaison between clients, court staff, opposing counsel, and internal attorneys.
  • Compliance & Workflow: Align all daily tasks with firm protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client-specific mandates, and statutory laws.
  • Litigation Support: Provide comprehensive administrative backing to attorneys with an unwavering focus on quality control.


What We Are Looking For

  • Background: 2–4 years of active experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, with a strong preference for foreclosure or real estate litigation experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Key Skills: Exceptional organizational talent, a knack for multitasking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication: Highly polished written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; hands-on experience with legal software like Perfect Practice, ICE, or Tempo is a major plus.
