Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician & Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in both skincare treatments and laser technologies, committed to client satisfaction, and eager to grow within a dynamic medspa environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other esthetic services
- Conduct laser treatments such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced procedures (based on certification and training)
- Evaluate clients’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and compliant with safety standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies
- Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals
Qualifications:
- Valid Esthetician license (required)
- Laser certification (required, per state regulations)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medspa, dermatology, or aesthetic setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
