Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician & Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in both skincare treatments and laser technologies, committed to client satisfaction, and eager to grow within a dynamic medspa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other esthetic services
• Conduct laser treatments such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced procedures (based on certification and training)
• Evaluate clients’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records
• Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and compliant with safety standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies
• Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals

Qualifications:

• Valid Esthetician license (required)
• Laser certification (required, per state regulations)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medspa, dermatology, or aesthetic setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
