Isoke Developmental Services is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support an individual requiring seizure monitoring and health support in a 1:1 private duty home setting in Villanova, PA. This role offers a consistent weekend daytime schedule and the opportunity to provide attentive, person-centered care in a supportive home environment.
What You'll Do
• Monitor and respond to seizure activity according to established seizure protocols
• Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in health status
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain a safe and structured environment for the individual
• Document services through the EVV documentation system
• Communicate with care team and family members regarding any changes in condition
Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania LPN License
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Experience with seizure disorders or neurological conditions preferred
• Experience in home care, IDD services, behavioral health, or private duty nursing preferred
• Reliable transportation
