Responsibilities

  • Provide remote counseling sessions for clients through a secure video platform
  • Assess client needs and develop clear, realistic treatment plans
  • Support clients dealing with mental health symptoms, stress, relationship concerns, grief, and life changes
  • Track client progress and update goals as treatment continues
  • Maintain accurate clinical records according to professional and legal standards
  • Use evidence-based therapy techniques based on client presentation and treatment goals
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks within required timelines

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Texas
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
  • Previous clinical counseling experience required
  • Telehealth experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong documentation and time management skills
