Hiring experienced LOCATION MANAGER / UNIT MANAGER for a LEADING FACILITY MANAGEMENT & CATERING COMPANY IN QATAR.

Job Summary:

Oversee all aspects of a catering location under the guidance of the Operations Manager, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and control catering operations professionally

  • Ensure food production and service meet agreed standards

  • Coordinate workflow between kitchen, service, and support teams

  • Optimize manpower, equipment, and resource utilization

  • Implement and enforce SOPs across all areas

  • Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control

  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and local food safety regulations

  • Monitor adherence to recipes, production methods, and portion standards

  • Identify training needs and conduct staff training

  • Maintain strong client relationships through communication

Requirements
