• Sourcing of indirect material
• Quotation comparison and tabulation
• Purchase Order (PO) preparation
• Supplier invoice submission and filling
• Customer invoice and delivery note filling
• Key Performance Indicator reporting
• Quality management documentation
• Ad hoc task assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

1. Final year students pursuing a diploma/bachelor's degree, preferably from Management Transportation/ Logistics/ Management/ Industrial Engineering.
2. Have an interest in learning about logistics and purchasing activity.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Power Point, Word).
4. Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
5. Good communication skills, people person, and a team player.
6. Keen to learn and proactive.
7. Interest in leadership and problem-solving skills.
8. Minimum of 6 months of internship commitment.
9. Willing to be placed in Cikarang area.
