ØMust have handled at least 3-4 large AEM implementation in AEM 5.x/6.x.

ØShould have performed role of a Technical Architect for the AEM implementation program with strong Java background.

ØMust know the life cycle of any content management platform implementation program. Must understand the approach from other platform to AEM.

ØExperience in migration projects.

ØDesign and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR).

ØExperience on AEM workflows & Schedulers

ØExperience working with REST, Sling and SOAP.

ØExcellent knowledge on data exchange protocols like JSON and XML.

ØMust possess thought leadership and analytical thinking ability.

ØExperience in AEM Backup & restoration

ØExperience on GIT, Maven, Jenkins or other Build/CI tools.
