LPN Care Manager

AdvisaCare is seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse to be a Care Manager at one of our beautiful Independent Living Communities in Hazel Park!

Full time Salaried position!

Duties Include

• Hiring/Training/Supervising Your Staff - Team Lead, Med Techs, Home Health Aides
• Building Relationships with Staff, Residents, Families and Community Directors
• Assessments of new residents or those being discharged back from a hospital/rehab center
• On-Call
• Oversight for all shifts
• Working the floor as support
• Weekly Payroll and Scheduling

Requirements

• Current Michigan Nursing License
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience
• Current TB test & CPR Certification
• Clear Criminal History & Drug Screen
• Leadership/management experience preferred
