Responsibilities:
- Support M&A processes, including:
- Preparation and analysis of financial models and valuation exercises;
- Review of transaction documentation in coordination with Legal teams;
- Analysis of due diligence materials and interaction with advisors
- Management of Q&A and VDR.
- Support with Investment Committee and Board presentations;
- Support coordination with internal teams in the integration of new companies/assets and monitoring of ongoing investments;
- Support the Management team in strategic decisions;
- Participate in the preparation and review of business plans;
- Perform market analyses and screening of potential opportunities.
Requirements
Profile:
- Master degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics;
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance or investment banking;
- Relevant track-record in M&A transactions, notably with regards to valuation analysis and due diligence and particularly in the Energy Sector is a plus;
- Experience in financial models preparation and analysis;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment;
- Attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving mindset.
