ManufacturingSupport team memberEssential Job Functions:
In this role,you willbe a part of a dynamic team in all aspects of manufacturing high-quality components in a fast-paced environment. As a team member,you willbe a part of daily production activities assigned by your teamlead. Through the practice ofutilizinga daily management system, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback towards process improvements and lean initiatives.
- Manufacture complex gun componentsutilizing2x Latheswith live tooling andspecial processequipment
- Ensure the processoperatesin accordance withdefinedstandards
- Followset production schedule, and report any problems to the Team Lead
- In-process inspectionutilizingMics, Calipers, Indicators,Mahr systems, Air Gauges
- Maintain quality system by followingISO standard practices
- Tool Change/ Tool settingin accordance to set procedures
- Tool wear offsetsto ensurethe highestqualityofparts
- Deburringparts as needed, provide feedback when applicable
- Operate multiple machines, as needed
- Housekeeping
Other Job Functions:
- Assistwithimprovement-related projects, questions, andsolvingproblems as needed.
- Participate in department responses to corrective actions, and preventative actions
- Perform routine safety, quality, and work skills training.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Thisposition requiresuseof information or access to hardware subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
- This position requires the successful candidate to not be a prohibited person under the Gun Control Act (GCA), codified at 18 U.S.C. § 922(g).

Environmental and Working Conditions:
- Work is performed on a10 acre,6 campus building;potentialneedto move between buildings. Musthave physical ability to walk betweenbuildingsas necessary.
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to typical machinery and equipment.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
- Requires the ability tooccasionallyliftupto75lbs
- Standing for extended periods and moving around the production floorfrequently.
