Machine Operator

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring a Bindery Folding & Glue Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Cleveland, OH. This is a ** direct placement opportunity** offering long-term stability, strong pay, and growth potential.

Schedule

• Training: 1st Shift (approximately 6 months)
• Permanent Schedule: 2nd Shift (after training completion)
• Full-time, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain folding and gluing machinery
• Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production specs
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger concerns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Experience in bindery, folding, or gluing equipment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read work orders and follow production instructions
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
