Position Overview:

Graber Post Buildings isseekingan experiencedMaintenance Techniciantosupportour newbuilding material manufacturingfacility in Ashley, IN.An individual in this roleisresponsible formaintenance, diagnostics, andrepair ofspecializedmanufacturingmachineryas well as generalfacilitymaintenance.Applicants must beavailableto travel to Montgomery, Indianafor training atour companyheadquarters. Competitive pay starting at $35+ an hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensurebuilding and machinerysystemsareoperatingcorrectly and efficiently.

• Completepreventive maintenanceon a regular basis.

• Identifyandrepairmechanical, electrical,andstructuralissues onbuildings and machinery.

• Weldfor steel fabrication, modification, and repairs.

• Readblueprintsand complex diagramsfor unique machinery.

• Writedetailed reports on maintenance relatedtasks.

• Communicateeffectivelywith manufacturers, vendors, customers,andmanagement.

• Use creative thinkingtosolve frustrating situations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressureto meet deadlines.

• Minimum3+years ofmaintenanceexperience.

• Working knowledgeofthree phase electricalsystems.

• Must be able to weld orbe willing tolearn how to weld.

• Experiencewith roll forming,trimbreak, andoverheadcrane experienceis a plus.

• Generalfacilitymaintenance experience is a plus.

• Mustbe willing to travel to Montgomery,Indiana for training.
