Maintenance & Grounds Technician

The Maintenance & Grounds Technician is responsible for the overall upkeep, repair, and landscaping of the RV park and cabins. This role ensures that all facilities remain in excellent condition, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.

Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in cabins and public areas.

· Repair cabins, RV hookups, park structures, and amenities as needed.

· Maintain and improve park landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and tree care.

· Keep walking trails, playgrounds, picnic areas, and public spaces clean and accessible.

· Assist with seasonal preparations, such as winterizing cabins and irrigation system upkeep.

· Monitor and maintain park roads, signage, lighting, and fencing.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and respond to emergency maintenance issues.

· Operate and maintain groundskeeping tools, such as lawnmowers, chainsaws, and irrigation systems.

Qualifications:

· Experience in general maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, or electrical work.

· Ability to operate maintenance tools, lawn equipment, and power tools.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

· Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Basic understanding of safety protocols and ability to respond to urgent repairs.
