Your Impact:
- Lead facility maintenance and repairs
- Uphold schedules, maintenance budget, and plan equipment, building and staffing needs
- Ensure building and equipment cleanliness standards are met and maintained, and oversee custodial team
- Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems and keep technology up to date
- Assist Maintenance and facility management team in working with contractors, vendors, address maintenance and emergency situations promptly
