As a Maintenance Technician II, you’ll take the lead on maintaining and repairing our facilities—ensuring every space meets safety, comfort, and compliance standards that support quality care. Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs across facilities while ensuring compliance with local building, safety, and fire codes.
- Enter and track work orders using the computerized maintenance management system.
- Work independently to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Assist with in-house facility projects and collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following all regulatory and safety procedures.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements
- At least three (3) years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, or a similar skilled trade preferred
- Skilled in at least one (1) trade preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance methods and procedures preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and equipment operation preferred
- Working knowledge and ability to perform general building repair practices and methods preferred
- A valid driver’s license at the time of hire required
