The Manager, Clinical is responsible for leading and developing the clinical team across Poland ensuring high-quality clinical education, support, and strategic alignment with commercial goals. This role drives clinical excellence, fosters customer confidence, and supports the integration of Invisalign and iTero systems through targeted training and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
• Manage and mentor Clinical Liaisons, Clinical Relations & Education Specialists/Managers, and Clinical iTero Trainers in Poland
• Oversee onboarding, performance development, and succession planning
• Ensure alignment with EMEA-wide clinical strategies and local commercial leaders
• Work cross-functionally with other functional managers to drive innovation, customer experience, and achieve business targets
• Recruit, staff, and train Clinical Liaison and Clinical iTero Trainers to support ongoing clinical support needs
• Propose ideas for team development and clinical role enhancement
• Ensure ownership, action to resolution, backup, and contingency within the team
• Actively participate in the new hire recruitment process
Clinical Education & Support
• Deliver and oversee clinical education programs for orthodontists and general practitioners
• Support strategic relationships with universities, external partners, and key opinion leaders
• Ensure scientific accuracy and relevance of educational content and promotional materials
• Manage and oversee university strategy and execution
• Manage and oversee speakers and key opinion leaders strategy and execution
• Provide assistance including clinical training to the local sales organization
• Provide input to research and development to improve existing products/services and develop new ones
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive clinical confidence and product adoption
• Collaborate with regional and global clinical leaders to align on best practices and innovation
• Collaborate cross-functionally on the regional strategy and create functional plans accordingly
• Share Clinical Relations & Education strategy
• Co-travel with the field clinical liaison team to coach them and gather clinical insights from customers
Operational Excellence
• Monitor and report on clinical KPIs, team impact, and strategic initiatives
• Lead change management efforts related to reporting lines, team structure, and role evolution
• Continuously identify and drive improvement initiatives through people, process, and systems/tools
• Obtain and maintain appropriate knowledge level of employees on products and processes through training and development
• Handle difficult customer situations and ensure resolution
• Provide ideas and suggestions to improve the overall business, customer experience, and clinical treatments
Compliance & Quality
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and clinical integrity

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Dentistry or related clinical field; postgraduate education in Orthodontics or Healthcare Management preferred
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in clinical roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record in clinical education, team management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in English and local language; additional languages are a plus
Preferred Skills
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and leadership presence
• Ability to work effectively across functions and geographies
• Data-driven decision-making and process orientation
• Efficient at managing competing demands including prioritization and responsiveness
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within the region
