A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support production operations involving electrical and electronic assemblies. The Manufacturing Technician will perform a variety of production and assembly tasks, supporting the development and maintenance of electrical and electronic subsystems. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and manufacturing duties including cable fabrication, component builds, and sub-assemblies
  • Execute basic machine wiring techniques including cutting, terminating, soldering, and crimping wire
  • Assemble electronic components and devices according to detailed specifications and blueprints
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and standard assembly equipment
  • Assemble and wire housing units and related components
  • Prepare kits for specialized electronic assemblies
  • Conduct low-level functional testing and complete associated documentation
  • Maintain accurate production records and workflow documentation
  • Follow established work instructions and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Learn and expand skills within electromechanical assembly functions
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience
  • Experience working with electrical or electronic systems preferred
  • Technical training or associate degree in Electronics is a plus
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic electronic test equipment
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
  • Intermediate math skills including metric measurements, fractions, and decimals
  • High attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Ability to differentiate colors and maintain good visual accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work at bench height
  • Comfortable accessing elevated areas using ladders or lifting equipment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
