Marketing & Administration Intern

We're looking for passionate and proactive interns to join our team ** from mid-July 2026 until the end of January 2027 **. If you're eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, public relations, brand operations, and marketing administration function, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Scope of Responsibilities:

1. **Payment Processing **– Support with raising purchase requisitions and orders, invoice submissions, vendor coordination, and monthly spend tracking.
2. **Public Relations **– Assist with influencer gifting, partnerships, events, and content creation.
3. **Marketing Support **– Manage logistics for the distribution of collaterals, samples, and props, as well as support workshops and in-store activations.
4. **Education Projects **– Coordinate distribution of testers and gratis items, and assist with venue bookings and setup.
5. **Stakeholder Gifting **– Support corporate sales and gifting preparation and packing.

Requirements

• Able to commit minimum 5 - 6 months of internship.
• Open and eager to learn, with a strong growth mindset.
• Able to work independently, troubleshoot resourcefully, and collaborate effectively as a team player.
• Proficient in both English is a must.
• Active on key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
• Well-organized with strong time management skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of handling stress effectively.
