The Role
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to support the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across global markets. This role offers broad exposure across the marketing function, contributing to campaigns, content, and operational efficiency. It is well-suited for an early-career individual who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast-paced, global environment. This role is based in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with campaign execution across digital and offline channels
- Coordinating marketing assets, timelines, and internal communications
- Supporting content creation (basic copywriting, social posts, email drafts, blog posts)
- Manage and update marketing materials and databases
- Supporting events, partnerships, and promotional activities
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day marketing operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Open for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience (including internships)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy in work
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, manage tasks independently, and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment across different time zones
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, content) is an advantage
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); exposure to marketing tools or CRM systems is a plus
- A strong sense of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
