Marketing Coordinator (EU)

About the role

DroneShield is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with relevant experience to join the team in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The position will report to the Marketing Director based in the US. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support regional marketing activities across Europe.

This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of trade shows, events, demonstrations, training sessions, and sales enablement initiatives. The successful candidate will be the operational backbone of regional marketing, coordinating logistics, managing timelines, supporting sales teams, and ensuring consistent brand presence across the region.

Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations

Event and Trade Show Execution

oCoordinate logistics for regional trade shows and industry events

oSupport pre-event marketing amplification and post-even follow-up coordination

oEnsure brand standards are upheld across all event materials

oAssist with on-site execution as required

Sales and Regional Marketing Support

oAct as primary marketing liason for the European sales team

oMaintain marketing activity calendar for the region

oAssist with campaign execution and follow-ups

oCoordinate marketing collateral distribution

oTrack regional marketing activities and performance metrics

Marketing Operations and Coordination

oSupport content localization where required

oManage vendor relationships and regional suppliers

oAssist with updating marketing assets and maintaining brand consistency

oProvide general marketing team support across various initiatives

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing and/or event coordination
• Experience supporting large-scale trade shows or live events preferred
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multliple concurrent projects
• Strong communicator with cross-functional coordination skills
• Basic graphic design skills (inDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) are a plus
• Experience in defence, technology, or industrial sectors preferred
• German language skills preferred but not required
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands
