Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Marketing Data Specialist to bridge the gap between marketing strategy and data-driven execution. In this role, you will own the data ecosystem for both TOKEN2049 and SuperAI. You will analyze multi-channel campaign performance, optimize user acquisition funnels, manage audience segmentation, and build dashboards that provide actionable insights to maximize ticket sales, sponsorships, and global brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
📊 Data Analysis & Reporting

Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) to track ticket sales, registration funnels, and marketing ROI.

Monitor and analyze performance across all digital marketing channels, including paid media (Google, X/Twitter, Meta, LinkedIn), email campaigns, and organic socials.

Conduct post-campaign deep dives to identify trends, evaluate channel efficiency, and provide strategic recommendations for future event cycles.
🎯 Audience Segmentation & CRM Management

Manage and clean our global database of attendees, speakers, sponsors, and media partners.

Develop advanced audience segmentation strategies for targeted email marketing campaigns based on historical attendance, industry verticals, and user behavior.

Ensure data hygiene, compliance (GDPR, PDPA), and smooth synchronization between our event ticketing platforms, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
⚙️ Conversion Optimization & Tracking

Own the setup and auditing of tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 to ensure flawless data attribution.

Collaborate with the growth marketing team to set up A/B tests for landing pages, ad creatives, and email copy, interpreting data to improve conversion rates.

Map and optimize the end-to-end user journey from initial touchpoint to ticket purchase.
Job Requirements
Experience & Education

2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or growth marketing.

Proven track record working with large-scale events, B2B conferences, or high-growth tech companies.

A strong interest in, or professional exposure to, the Web3/Crypto and Artificial Intelligence ecosystems.
Technical Skill Set

Web Analytics: Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Data Visualization: Proficiency in Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

CRM & Automation: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, HubSpot, or event-specific platforms (e.g., Hubilo, Aventri).

Languages (Plus): Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying large databases is highly advantageous.
