We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive (B2B Events & Campaigns) to support the execution of B2B events and marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys organising events, coordinating campaigns, and working closely with Sales to drive customer engagement. Requirements
RESPONISBILITIES
Events (Main Focus)
- Support end-to-end execution of B2B events, including conferences, roundtables, networking sessions, and webinars
- Coordinate event logistics such as venues, vendors, registrations, and on-site setup
- Manage attendee communications and ensure a smooth event experience
- Support on-site execution and troubleshoot during live events
- Track attendance and assist with post-event follow-ups
Marketing Support
- Support marketing campaigns to drive event registrations and attendance.
- Assist with email invites, landing pages, and basic promotional activities.
- Help prepare event materials (slides, emails, simple marketing assets).
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales) to ensure alignment.
Leads Management
- Support post-event lead processing and ensure accurate data entry into CRM.
- Coordinate lead handover to Sales teams.
- Maintain trackers for events, registrations, and campaign performance.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and regional stakeholders.
- Support localisation of campaigns across Southeast Asia markets.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, events, or campaign coordination.
- Experience supporting or organising B2B or corporate events is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable with hands-on, on-site event execution.
- Good communication skills in English. Additional Southeast Asian languages such as Bahasa Malaysia, Thai, or Mandarin are an advantage.
