Marketing Generalist

Faraday Norton is a privately owned investment group, operating in the real estate, energy, and other business sectors, in Greece and abroad.

We are looking for an AI-fluent Marketing Generalist to drive marketing across our business verticals — shaping brand, executing campaigns, and supporting product positioning and go-to-market for offerings within our portfolio. AI is a core part of how this team works, not an afterthought.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the group's objectives, ensuring brand consistency across business units.
• Manage corporate identity and deliver targeted campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Support product marketing across portfolio companies — positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new and existing offerings.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily for content, research, analysis, and ideation; design prompts and lightweight workflows that scale across the team.
• Rapidly build landing pages, microsites, and campaign prototypes with AI builders like Lovable, v0, or Bolt — without waiting on dev resources.
• Run market research, track performance, and manage marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
• Coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's is a plus.
• 5-7 years in a marketing role, ideally with product marketing or go-to-market exposure.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) — daily user, with concrete examples of output or workflows built.
• Practical experience with AI builders (Lovable, v0, Bolt, Replit, Cursor or similar) — able to ship a landing page or simple tool end-to-end without engineering.
• Solid prompt-engineering judgment and curiosity about emerging AI capabilities (agents, automation, vibe-coding).
• Strong grasp of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social) and hands-on experience with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
• Strong project management, creative thinking, analytical mindset, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
