The Role:
As a Marketing Manager at DAZN, you will be responsible for executing large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, reach, and acquisition for some of the biggest sporting events in North America. You will manage media partnerships, optimize DAZN’s digital storefront, and oversee full-funnel marketing strategies. With hands-on involvement in budget management and performance forecasting, you’ll play a crucial role in the success of DAZN’s marketing efforts across key regions.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000. This is hybrid role which will be based mostly on site from our New York office.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns to maximize awareness and subscriber growth.
- Build and manage relationships with media agencies and external partners.
- Optimize DAZN’s shop front, merchandising content and enhancing landing page performance.
- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies from brand awareness to retention.
- Oversee budget management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or client-side).
- Proven experience running large-scale marketing campaigns in the US.
- Strong understanding of media planning across TV, digital, radio, BVOD, and OOH.
- Experience working in a data-driven environment focused on performance marketing.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written/oral communication skills.
- Passion for sports (boxing or fight sports a plus) and knowledge of the OTT media landscape.
