Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen partnerships by regularly meeting with local agencies and collaborators to ensure impactful marketing execution.
  • Create and localize content, ensuring that we don't just rely on global assets but produce highly relevant and engaging local content tailored for specific markets.
  • Explore additional local marketing channels, beyond the standard digital and offline mix, to maximize visibility and relevance in each region.
  • Be on the ground, actively participating in local market activations, engaging with partners, and ensuring successful execution of campaigns in target cities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning marketing efforts with product development, business operations, and driver relations.
  • Monitor performance metrics, reporting results and refining campaigns based on data insights.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Experienced Marketer: 5+ years in digital, performance, or growth marketing, but you’re never convinced you know everything.
  • Ability to craft compelling marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling large datasets.
  • Proactive and Independent.
  • Skilled in working with diverse teams across cultures.
  • TechSavvy: Comfortable with key marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Conversacional advance level of english (B2-C1).
