Royal Garden Plaza is established as Pattaya’s leading retail, entertainment and hospitality complex. A combination of recent upgrades and new entertainment attractions will continue to ensure that Royal Garden Plaza remains a premium destination in Pattaya for retailers to locate their stores or restaurants.

1.  Develop both long and short-term strategies to lead Royal Garden Plaza (RGP) in Retails market.
2.  Maintain good working relationship and coordinate with Operations team.
3.  Monitor sale performance, anticipate causes affecting performance, indicate magnitude of impact on sales and provide Management, Operation and Finance with attractive promotion campaigns to raise sale volume.
4.  Work with finance team to conduct value analysis. Continue competitor and pricing analysis.
5.  Direct, develop, implement and evaluate of effective promotion and advertising programs. Ensure budgeting control on promotion and advertising expenditure.
6.  Execute and follow up marketing programs according to master plan of marketing.
7.  Coordinate with creative agency in terms of briefing, design and artwork of advertisement and collateral materials.
8.  Coordinate with media agency and execute detail for any communication activity program.
9.  Effective internal communication including all related department to understand and get-well coordination for all marketing programs.
10.  Summarize and control marketing expense under monthly and annual budget.
11.  Coordinate with Tenants for marketing program.
12.  Perform other duties as assigned by management.
13.  Monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Qualifications

1.  At least bachelor’s degree in marketing.
2.  At least 7 years’ experience in data analysis and marketing research.
3.  Strong communication and project management skills, able to manage several assignments simultaneously.
4.  Strong in inter-personality skill.
5.  Strong command of spoken and written English and Thai with computer literacy.
6.  Computer literature in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
7.  Creativity and commercial awareness.
8.  Highly organized and detail oriented.
