Opera Cashback is entering an exciting new phase of growth. As we evolve the product and expand its reach, we're looking for a Marketing Manager who will help shape a distinctive consumer brand and drive awareness among a new generation of users.
In this role, you'll own the brand and go-to-market strategy for Opera Cashback. Working closely with marketing, product, and creative teams across Wrocław and Oslo, you'll lead campaigns, build creator partnerships, and bring compelling brand experiences to life. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a visible impact on a product with global ambitions.
Role & Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the Opera Cashback brand identity, positioning, messaging, and tone of voice.
Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and creator-led activations.
Build relationships with creators, influencers, and communities to drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
Coordinate campaign execution across Opera's marketing, creative, and product teams in multiple locations.
Manage marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, brand consistency, and measurable impact.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience building and growing consumer-facing brands, ideally within lifestyle, creator-economy, gaming, tech, or youth-oriented products.
Strong hands-on marketing experience with the ability to independently drive campaigns from concept to execution.
Experience working with creators, influencers, social media, and community-driven marketing initiatives.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and distributed environments.
Fluent English communication skills and a strong understanding of internet culture, digital trends, and younger audiences.
