Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and opinionated Marketing Specialist to help shape and execute our brand's voice across multiple digital channels. You will be responsible for ideating and producing engaging content, tracking its performance, and building meaningful engagement with our audience. You’ll play a key role in how our brand is perceived—bringing fresh ideas, strong opinions, and a strong presence online.

On a typical day, you might:

• Create and schedule social media content across platforms
• Share your thoughts and critiques on ongoing marketing trends and campaigns
• Engage with followers and track content performance
• Collaborate with the team on branding and communication strategy
• Edit short-form video content (especially for TikTok)

Requirements

• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Confident in expressing opinions on marketing strategies and brand campaigns
• Active on social media with a strong personal following
• Understands the essentials of marketing: speaking to customers, offering value before selling
• Familiar with CapCut and trends on TikTok
• Creative mindset with ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
