Marketing Specialist

We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist at Relin.**sa **

Relin is a Saudi brand specialized in premium fabric sprays, known for high-quality, long-lasting fragrances, and operating within a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven, and creative Marketing Specialist.

📍 Location: Remote (based in **Egypt **)

**Responsibilities **:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Manage tasks and workflows using tools like ClickUp or ** Notion**
• Turn insights into actions using tools like **GA4 **, ** Hotjar , and ** Clarity
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve conversion rates, engagement, and sales
• Lead creative direction, content calendars, and asset planning with in-house teams
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams across **Snapchat **, ** Meta **, ** Google **, and more
• Ensure campaign readiness across e-commerce platforms (**Zid & Salla **): inventory, pricing, UX, and discount codes

Requirements

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and growth-focused
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in marketing
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
• Prior experience in retail or e-commerce (in-house or agency)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies
