Master Bookkeeper***New Position***

Beloved Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and detail-orientedMaster Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization by overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, payroll support, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
• Maintain vendor files and process invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support the Finance and HR departments with various accounting functions.
• Perform additional bookkeeping and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experiencepreferred.
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
• Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.

Compensation

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• $50,000 - $60,000 per year
