The position plays a key role in improving sales performance, adoption, and customer engagement outcomes across regions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, product marketing, and enablement teams. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable sales capability programs that elevate seller performance and customer engagement effectiveness across global teams.
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs (virtual, in-person, and blended) focused on consultative selling, value-based conversations, customer acquisition, expansion, and adoption.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences using storytelling, role plays, simulations, and real-world sales scenarios.
- Develop structured learning journeys that improve readiness, confidence, and execution across different experience levels and regions.
- Create and refine enablement assets such as discovery frameworks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and call preparation tools.
- Partner with sales managers to embed coaching practices into daily workflows and reinforce learning adoption.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and enablement teams to ensure messaging alignment and business relevance.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and learning analytics to continuously improve training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or sales training, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
- Prior experience in customer-facing sales roles (2+ years preferred) with strong understanding of sales cycles and buyer engagement.
- Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact, scenario-based learning programs.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex product or business value into simple, compelling customer narratives.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools, LMS platforms, or learning analytics (preferred).
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with a growth mindset and adaptability.
