This role is focused on shaping the effectiveness and confidence of sales and customer-facing teams through high-impact learning experiences. You will design and deliver modern, engaging training programs that strengthen consultative selling, storytelling, and value-based customer conversations. The position plays a key role in improving sales performance, adoption, and customer engagement outcomes across regions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, product marketing, and enablement teams. You will also bring innovation into learning design by leveraging AI-enabled tools and digital learning methods. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable sales capability programs that elevate seller performance and customer engagement effectiveness across global teams.

  • Design and deliver engaging learning programs (virtual, in-person, and blended) focused on consultative selling, value-based conversations, customer acquisition, expansion, and adoption.
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences using storytelling, role plays, simulations, and real-world sales scenarios.
  • Develop structured learning journeys that improve readiness, confidence, and execution across different experience levels and regions.
  • Create and refine enablement assets such as discovery frameworks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and call preparation tools.
  • Partner with sales managers to embed coaching practices into daily workflows and reinforce learning adoption.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and enablement teams to ensure messaging alignment and business relevance.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and learning analytics to continuously improve training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate brings strong experience in sales enablement, training, or capability development, combined with a deep understanding of customer-facing sales environments.

    • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or sales training, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
    • Prior experience in customer-facing sales roles (2+ years preferred) with strong understanding of sales cycles and buyer engagement.
    • Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact, scenario-based learning programs.
    • Strong facilitation, coaching, storytelling, and communication skills.
    • Ability to translate complex product or business value into simple, compelling customer narratives.
    • Experience working with distributed or global teams in fast-paced environments.
    • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools, LMS platforms, or learning analytics (preferred).
    • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with a growth mindset and adaptability.
