Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented material handlers to support our shipping & receiving, inventory, and production operations.
This position is in Sunnyvale, CA and will require you to be full-time on-site.
Shift: 5:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
Teammate
- Ensure raw materials, products, and consumables are documented, handled, and managed with extreme accuracy and care.
- Collaborate across departments with engineering, quality assurance, service, facilities, finance, and accounting to streamline efforts and foster growth.
Processes
- Rapidly understand current Knightscope processes to a deep level.
- Assist in improving those processes to optimize efficiency and improve quality.
- Assist with all inventory audits.
- Use NetSuite ERP to manage: Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and logistics.
- Assist in identifying and resolving non-conformance issues.
- Understand Lean practices and continuous improvement activities - ensure the workplace remains tidy (5S).
- Directly contributes to key performance indicators (KPIs) and improves our performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience material handling
- 2+ years in manufacturing environment
- Experience with NetSuite ERP, WMS, or similar enterprise systems.
- Proven track record of positively contributing and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with a complex set of objectives and a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, determination, and high attention to details.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 25.00/hour to 27.00/hour (DOE)
