As a Mechanical Engineer II on WHOOP’s Continuous Improvement Team, you will play a key role in designing product improvements at scale, sustaining high production yields, ensuring manufacturing stability based on customer feedback and evolving business needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Electrical, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to bring innovative concepts to life within the flagship product, supporting prototyping, design, and testing. You will also partner closely with global suppliers and contract manufacturers to execute validation builds, with a focus on high-quality deliverables, effective risk management, clear communication, and product excellence.
