About this role

We're the #1 media intelligence platform in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and we're on a mission to conquer Europe.

Mediaboard is a Czech tech company that has built the leading all-in-one media monitoring and media intelligence platform in the Czech Republic. Today, more than 2,000 companies trust us to monitor, analyze, and understand what's being said about them across news, social media, radio, TV, podcasts, and other media channels.

Our customers include global brands like Samsung, Vodafone, Deloitte, and Coca-Cola, and we've already successfully expanded into Slovakia, Poland, Croatia, and Slovenia.

But we're just getting started. Our ambition is bold: to become one of Europe's top five media intelligence platforms.

We're a team of 100+ people, but we still work with a startup mindset. If we come up with an idea on Monday, there's a good chance it'll be live by Wednesday. We move fast, make decisions quickly, and focus on getting things done – without endless approval chains or unnecessary bureaucracy.

This role is centered on the ingestion, quality assurance and management of media content from the Southern and Eastern European region. It offers an opportunity to work across the full content lifecycle—from content acquisition and quality control to content administration and issue resolution.

You’ll collaborate with content publishers, support teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure data (media content) is timely, complete, reliable, and actionable for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

Content Ingestion & Quality Control

  • Monitoring the quality of the most important sources—print, radio, television, and online—to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Resolving missing titles (work performed in the early morning hours).
  • Handling issues with sources (duplications, missing dates, etc.)

Publisher Communication & Administration

  • Communicating with publishers: negotiating new collaborations/renewals of existing collaborations.
  • Working in the administration of our application: listing new publications, radio stations, television channels, and podcasts in the admin system.
  • Completing metadata.

Content Processing & Support

  • Parsing print media.
  • Parsing video content.
  • Uploading missing titles to the admin system.
  • Resolving technical errors with the support team.

You're a great fit if you:

  • Have excellent organizational skills and naturally keep track of multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work without needing constant guidance.
  • Communicate confidently with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Have strong analytical thinking and enjoy solving problems and improving processes.
  • Are curious, quick to learn, and comfortable picking up new tools and systems.
  • Have experience in media monitoring, media, PR, publishing, SaaS, or a similar industry. This is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Speak English at a C1 level or higher.
  • Familiarity with languages from the Balkan region is a significant advantage.
  • Are excited by the opportunity to coordinate and gradually build a small team of specialists as we continue to grow.

What do we offer?

  • The opportunity to become a key figure in a fast-growing technology company with global ambitions.
  • High degree of autonomy.
  • A friendly and informal atmosphere where ideas are valued.
  • A team of enthusiastic professionals who are leaders in their field.
  • Modern offices in Zagreb, with the flexibility to coordinate and lead projects across the SEE region.
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely when needed.
