About the Role
This is a crucial, part-time position (32 hours per week) where your administrative expertise and commitment to patient care will directly contribute to the smooth delivery of specialists' medical services. As we expand our reach, you will be the heartbeat of our front-line operations.
Because our clinic prioritises patient accessibility, this role offers a dynamic rostered shift basis from Monday to Saturday. To ensure full coverage for our patients, shifts are rostered between 7:30 am – 8:00 pm. We are looking for a team member who values this flexibility and enjoys the variety that a rostered schedule provides.
About You
You are a highly organised, professional, and empathetic administrator with a genuine passion for healthcare. You pride yourself on your ability to stay composed under pressure and your meticulous approach to your work.
- You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
- Proven experience in a medical administration or clinical setting (preferred).
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail - you're someone who doesn't let things slip through the cracks.
- A professional, empathetic, and composed demeanour, especially when things get busy.
- Proficiency with medical practice management systems (experience with Medtech is a significant advantage).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
