Lavipharm is seeking a Medical Representative based in Athens, who will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical product sales through effective interaction with health care professionals, organizations and Key Accounts to increase the awareness and use of the company's pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities

Product Promotion

  • Distributes information to health care professionals
  • Implements Sales Action Plans and Key Objectives Strategies in his territory, programs and budgets of expenses for assigned products
  • Executes sales and marketing strategies designed to secure maximum market potential and customer satisfaction
  • Corrects application of all internal processes of the company (CRM system, operational expenses, weekly-monthly programs, etc.)
  • Attends compulsory education and training on topics related to company's medicines and his role in promoting them within a specific strategy
  • Participates in meetings and, if necessary and/or writes minutes
  • Provides timely and completes reports on all sales activities, if required
  • Organizes sales and marketing events (AVs, Doctors meetings, Advisory Boards)
  • Improves his professional skills thought training (PSS)
  • Schedules appointments and makes pre-planned one to one sales presentations to customers, or Hospital Presentations
  • Initiates contact and makes appointments with potential new customers
  • Prepares sales reports and documents as required

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Develops strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales
  • Creates a plan to achieve objectives through sales servicing multiple physicians and healthcare professional accounts in a prescribed territory

Key Accounts & KOLs Engagement

  • Builds effective business relationships with Health Care Partners, Key Accounts and Customers in assigned territory

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Collects and share inputs from field intel and KOL interactions with key stakeholders (marketing & sales)

Compliance Adherence

  • Ensures compliance in all relevant legislations (regulatory, legal, quality etc)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration or relevant field
  • At least 2-3 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience. Experience in osteoporosis , pain management is preferred
  • Excellent Knowledge of the English language
  • Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
