Melting Shop Skilled Worker – Ladle - Saudi Arabia

We are looking for experienced Melting Shop Skilled Workers (Ladle) to handle ladle operations during molten metal transfer. The candidate must ensure safe handling, proper pouring, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle ladle operations during molten metal transfer

• Assist in tapping and pouring activities

• Ensure safe transportation of molten metal to casting area

• Monitor ladle condition and refractory lining

• Follow molten metal handling safety procedures

• Coordinate with furnace operators and supervisors

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in melting shop

• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues

Requirements

4. High School / ITI qualification

5. Molten Metal Handling Training (Mandatory)

6. Minimum 5 years of experience in melting shop

7. Experience in ladle operation and molten metal transfer

8. Knowledge of refractory lining and ladle maintenance basics

9. Understanding of high-temperature safety procedures

10. Physically fit to work in hot industrial environment

11. Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,500 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)
