Member of Technical Staff (Applied AI Engineer)

Since the advent of AI-assisted coding, there is no hard technical requirements anymore, but here are some interesting things we are working on:

• Custom memory systems that grow and scale as users use the platform

• A custom agent that is at the cutting edge

• Bare metal infrastructure and scalability with concurrency and a high degree of reliability

• Cost and output optimization with multiple models

• Evaluating LLM performance on a wide domain of tasks

You will be a good fit if you meet all of these criteria:

1. Deeply curious -- you are fascinated by the world of technology and often find yourself tinkering late into the night or early into the morning

2. Hard worker -- working long hours comes naturally for you and you gain pleasure from working in an intense team that pushes you to your limits
