What you’ll do
- Plan workloads, priorities, and work methods with the team.
- Track and communicate planned versus actual deliverables and manage variances.
- Oversee daily operations of the MoCap studios and reporting teams.
- Coach and support a Team Lead to help achieve team objectives.
- Partner closely with MoCap Technical Direction and R&D leadership to ensure appropriate technical support.
- Define and maintain service quality standards for studio clients.
- Support client production workflows on an ongoing basis.
- Assess and recommend continuous improvements to studio infrastructure, including tools and equipment.
- Promote a collaborative, organized, and high-performing team environment.
