Key Responsibilities
- Clean molds and apply mold release agents as needed to prepare for the next production cycle.
- Understand and communicate quality issues to teams over two-way radios
- Put inserts on molds as needed
- Keep molds maintained to reduce scrap
- Communicate any insert needs as they get low.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing or foam fabrication environment is a plus.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine functions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Must be able to read and understand work instructions, safety rules, and machine settings in English.
