Weโ€™re looking for someone who already has experience working in an office-based environment, and is confident communicating with customers via telephone and email. Previous experience in insurance or claims handling is desirable, but not essential โ€” full training will be provided.


Your Role


As a Motor Claims Handler within our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team, youโ€™ll be the first point of contact for customers following a motorcycle incident. Youโ€™ll guide them through the claims process from initial contact through to resolution, delivering a smooth and professional experience.


What Youโ€™ll Do


๐Ÿ”น Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and supportive guidance
๐Ÿ”น Email Management: Respond to customer and third-party emails promptly and professionally
๐Ÿ”น Claims Handling: Manage claims in line with service level agreements and regulatory requirements
๐Ÿ”น Case Ownership: Take responsibility for claims from start to finish
๐Ÿ”น Fraud Awareness: Identify and escalate potential fraud indicators
๐Ÿ”น Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, engineers, and third parties
