  • About the Role:
    • Deliver engaging and varied Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering music theory, history, composition, and performance.
    • Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that cater to diverse musical interests and abilities.
    • Assess student progress through practical performances, compositions, and written work, providing constructive feedback.
    • Direct and conduct school ensembles, choirs, and instrumental groups.
    • Contribute to the organization of school concerts and musical events.
  • Ideal Candidate:
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Music.
    • A strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance practices across different genres.
    • Proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • A passion for inspiring students through music and fostering their musical talents.
