Job Overview:


As a Project Management Associate, you will support internal end-to-end management of projects & risks, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards. Utilizing your expertise in IT, Dev Ops and SDLC methodologies, you will manage risks, resources, and quality assurance processes while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. With excellent communication skills and passion for project management, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our IT Platform and Software Development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional and cross-company teams to define and drive strategic projects and initiatives through the entire IT, DevOps & Software Development Project Life Cycle
  • Requires to be the point of contact and project facilitator among the team members.
  • Create and maintain a project plan that communicates scope, tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation.
  • Identify risk and manage mitigation plans
  • Assist the technical team in designing and breaking down project tasks.
  • Facilitate the creation of a QA Strategy and Testing Plan.
  • Coordinate the production releases to meet timeline expectations and QA standards.
  • Report on progress and provide regular updates to upper management and stakeholders on the different areas as needed: planning, risk, resourcing, financials, QA, etc.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Quality, Risk Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is required, along with relevant industry experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience managing IT, Dev Ops and Software development project execution; including risk assessment, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle and various Software Development Methodologies.
  • Understanding of the Cloud-based Client-Server Model.
  • Technical familiarity with databases and SQL query writing is preferred.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-cultural virtual teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving initiative and passion for project management.
  • Ability to foster team-building and work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
