NETWORK DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST / ASSOCIATE

For one of our client companies, an international group and a leader in the mobility and automotive sector, currently undergoing a significant expansion phase in the Italian market with a portfolio of innovative, high-tech brands, we are looking for a:

NETWORK DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST / ASSOCIATE

This role will play a key part in shaping the network strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the transition toward electrified mobility.

The successful candidate will act as a key interface between the company and its dealer partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards, commercial objectives, and customer experience expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of the dealer network strategy for both brands

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with dealer partners, ensuring alignment with company targets and standards

• Contribute to network expansion, including dealer selection, onboarding, and contract management

• Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across the network (corporate identity, customer journey, EV readiness)

• Monitor dealer performance and identify improvement actions

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales teams

• Analyze market trends and competitor networks to support network strategy

• Prepare reports, KPIs, and presentations for internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

• Up to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in network development

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Good communication skills

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced or start‑up environment

• Fluency in English (Chinese is a plus)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Contract Offer: permanent employment contract directly with the Client Company, with an indicative salary range between €35k and €45k, including both fixed and variable compensation. Additional benefits include: welfare package, meal vouchers and smartworking.

Location: Milan and Rome – candidates from other locations across Italy will also be considered.
